![]() As its firmware is usually downloaded every time its connected, emulating it on anything less than a PIC32 would be impossible. The CY7C68013A is an 8051 compatible core designed to run from RAM + a USB SIE. Its probably capable of flashing a PIC18F4550 or similar if connected to a real legacy COM port rather than a USB RS232 serial converter. Its more or less equivalent to a Velleman K8048 but with vastly overengineered buffering. Its not even as capable as a JDM programmer as it has no VDD control whatsoever.
